Déclaration de Politique Commune 2024-2029
Au lendemain des élections du 9 juin dernier, le MR et les Engagés avaient entamé des négociations pour mettre sur pied des majorités en Région wallonne et Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.
Un mois plus tard, les deux partis ont présenté, lors d’une conférence de presse ce jeudi après-midi, à Namur, les nouvelles déclaration de politique régionale et de politique communautaire.
L’accord est décrit comme audacieux, propre à donner un nouvel élan à la Région wallonne et à la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles en adoptant de réformes prioritaires pour leur redressement socio-économique. Il égrène divers objectifs et plusieurs réformes annoncées au fil de plusieurs dizaines de pages.
Parmi les grandes annonces :
- Pas de nouveaux impôts et la plus grande baisse d’impôts jamais enregistrées en Wallonie – 1,5 milliards au total – ce qui signifie que le retour vers l’équilibre budgétaire, espéré pour 2034, passera par la réduction des dépenses publiques.
- La réduction du nombre de ministères qui passent de 13 à 10 et la réduction de 10% des effectifs des cabinets.
- Le futur gouvernement wallon plaidera au niveau fédéral pour limiter les allocations de chômage à deux années.
- La rationalisation des structures existantes en matière d’emploi, formation, économie, tourisme et logement en vue de renforcer la qualité des services rendus et d’éviter la dispersion des ressources.
- La réduction du périmètre d’action des provinces et le transfert de certaines de leurs compétences à d’autres niveaux de pouvoir
- La réforme de la taxe de mise en circulation adoptée par le gouvernement précédent
- En matière d’enseignement, la fusion entre les trois réseaux de l’enseignement officiel organisés par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, les communes et les provinces et la suppression des nominations dans l’enseignement remplacées par des contrats CDI.
- En matière de logement, l’abaissement à 3% des frais d’enregistrement pour l’acquisition d’une habitation propre et unique.F. Bonivert ( RTC ).
